MN PT Stops Rolling, Citing Low Rates

TRIBUNE PHOTO MN Para Transit ceased services recently because of several factors, but a big reason is low reimbursement rates from the state. The owners, Dan and Lori Espeland, hope the situation is temporary since many residents depend upon the transportation after some medical services have moved out of easy access.
